Jadon Sancho has posted a video thanking everyone at Chelsea for making him feel at home and wishing the club all the best ahead of his loan return to Manchester United
on Tuesday. The Blues have reportedly scrapped a £25m deal to sign Sancho permanently after failing to agree personal terms and will pay a £5m fine to send the player back to the Red Devils.
Hours later, the 25-year-old England international took to social media to post a video of him training with Chelsea and scoring in the Conference League final in midweek.
“Thank you for the experience and big love to everyone at Chelsea who made me feel at home,” he wrote.
“My team-mates, the coaching staff and the fans. I wish the club all the best for the future. I am truly grateful. Thank you, Blues.”
