Liverpool are continuing their pursuit of Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Florian Wirtz but have confirmed that no other players from the squad will be included in the deal.
The two clubs are still in talks, with Leverkusen wanting £120million while Liverpool have offered £109million. Wirtz is keen to move to Anfield and is confident in manager Arne Slot’s plan to put him in the No. 10 position.

but Wirtz’s case does not seem to be part of Ten Hag’s plan, as the player himself has already chosen to go to Liverpool, not Manchester City or Bayern Munich.
As for Elliott’s future, if he really does move, it will definitely be a separate deal from Wirtz’s deal.
