Human Powered

I’m telling you, I’m addicted to this Garmin wrist GPS (as evidenced previously). Here’s my human-powered distance over the last month: 181.85 miles (cycling) 108.08 miles (running) 289.93 miles (total) In other news, over the weekend I ran a 48 minute 10K. Certainly didn’t win, but did hit a pretty ambitious goal. Next stop, London 2012!
